Position: Franchise Engagement Manager
Location: Nevada, United States
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain relationships with franchise partners to drive engagement and coordination.
- Implement strategies to enhance communication and collaboration between the association and franchise members.
- Monitor franchise performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Organize events and initiatives to promote brand unity and growth within the franchise network.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in franchise management or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
