Position: Rural Program Development Specialist

The National Eisteddfod of Wales invites applications for the exciting role of Rural Program Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in championing rural excellence and fostering sustainable growth within the agricultural community.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative programs to support rural development initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in agricultural practices
Conduct research and analysis to assess the impact of programs on the agricultural sector
Evaluate the effectiveness of current initiatives and recommend strategic changes for continuous improvement
Lead outreach efforts to engage with farmers, landowners, and rural communities
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure program relevance and impact

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
Proven experience in program development and implementation within the agricultural sector
Strong understanding of rural challenges and opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
