Position: Community Engagement Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage the community in our literacy programs.
- Collaborate with local schools, organizations, and volunteers to promote literacy initiatives.
- Organize and facilitate events, workshops, and activities to support literacy efforts.
- Create content for social media platforms and engage with our online community.
- Evaluate the impact of community engagement activities and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or related field.
- Experience in community engagement, event planning, or social work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for promoting literacy and education.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
