As a Learning Experience Facilitator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the educational journey of our employees while promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging learning experiences for employees across various departments.
Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
Facilitate training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring high levels of engagement and knowledge retention.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements to learning programs.
Support the implementation of new training initiatives and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements:

Prior experience in instructional design, training facilitation, or a related field.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
