Welcome to the Mariposa School for Children with Autism, a beacon of diversity where we celebrate uniqueness and foster an inclusive environment for all. We are currently seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Director of Innovative Learning Programs.
As the Director of Innovative Learning Programs, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge educational initiatives tailored to the needs of children with autism. Your creativity and strategic thinking will drive our school's mission to empower every child and unlock their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee curriculum enhancement projects that promote experiential learning
- Collaborate with educators to integrate technology and adaptive teaching methods
- Lead efforts in research and pilot programs to advance educational outcomes
- Engage with families and community partners to establish a network of support
