Gooderson Leisure in Western Cape is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Operations Security Specialist. As an essential member of our establishment, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to safeguard the property
- Monitoring surveillance systems and alarms
- Conducting regular patrols to maintain a secure environment
- Responding to security incidents and emergencies promptly
- Collaborating with law enforcement agencies when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a security-related role
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
- Valid security certification or license preferred
