We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to be a part of our team at Stewart Island Surf School! We are seeking a skilled individual to join us as a Coastal Adventure Gear Artisan. In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of crafting high-quality gear that enhances the outdoor experience for adventurers on Stewart Island.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create bespoke adventure gear that reflects the spirit of Stewart Island and meets the needs of our customers.
Work closely with the team to ensure that all gear produced meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Continuously refine and improve production processes to optimize efficiency and product outcomes.
Collaborate with the design team to bring innovative ideas to life through your craft.

Qualifications:

Experience in designing and producing outdoor gear or related products.
Proficient in working with a variety of materials and tools to create durable and functional gear.
Passion for the outdoors and a deep understanding of the needs of outdoor enthusiasts.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
