Ein Gedi Nature Reserve in the Southern District of Israel is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Financial Operations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and record financial transactions
Prepare financial reports and analysis
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
Collaborate with team members to ensure financial compliance
Perform financial audits and participate in financial projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-3 years of experience in financial operations or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
