Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee eco-friendly farming techniques that minimize environmental impact.
Collaborate with local communities to support sustainable land use and resource management.
Implement conservation strategies to protect and enhance the biodiversity of our agricultural landscapes.
Advise on the integration of technology to promote sustainable and efficient agricultural processes.
Maintain awareness of relevant environmental regulations and ensure compliance within all operational activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in environmental science, ecology, agriculture, or related fields.
Proven experience in sustainable agriculture, conservation, or environmental stewardship.
Strong understanding of agroecology principles and their practical application.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
