Position Overview

As a Resilience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals facing challenging circumstances. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to develop holistic strategies that promote resilience and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with community members to assess their needs and provide assistance
Develop and implement programs that enhance individuals' coping mechanisms
Collaborate with social workers and therapists to offer comprehensive support
Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
Experience in crisis intervention or trauma counselling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and a genuine desire to help others
