We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team at the Permanent Representation of Czech Republic to the European Union in Brussels-Capital Region. As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent to support our mission and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to identify and engage high-caliber candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic hiring solutions
- Utilize various sourcing channels and tools to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Czech is a plus
