Position Overview:

We are seeking a Security and Protection Specialist to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our treasured exhibits and events. As a member of our esteemed team, you will play a crucial role in upholding the integrity and professionalism of our institution.

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain comprehensive security protocols to safeguard the museum's assets and visitors.
Monitor and respond to security alarms and incidents efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess security risks and develop proactive measures.
Conduct regular patrols to ensure a secure environment throughout the museum.
Provide support during special events and exhibitions to guarantee a seamless and secure experience for all attendees.
Stay informed about industry best practices and security trends to continuously enhance our security strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in security operations or a related field.
Strong knowledge of security systems, procedures, and emergency protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
