- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental studies, community development, leadership).
- Experience in curriculum development, workshop facilitation, or educational outreach.
- Passion for sustainability, social impact, and fostering positive change.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
