Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all agricultural sustainability initiatives in alignment with company goals.
Develop and implement sustainable agriculture strategies to enhance the quality and availability of raw materials.
Collaborate with local communities and farmers to promote ethical farming practices and ensure environmental stewardship.
Monitor and evaluate agricultural projects to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Establish strong partnerships with agricultural experts, NGOs, and government agencies to support industry best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, or related field.
Proven experience in agricultural development, sustainability, or related roles.
Demonstrated knowledge of sustainable farming practices and supply chain management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
