We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team at Nakuru Youth Sports Association as an Excursion Coordinator. This exciting position involves overseeing the planning and execution of various transportation logistics for our sports and youth activities in Nakuru, Kenya.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for sports events, tournaments, and youth programs.
- Manage scheduling and routes for safe and efficient transport of participants and equipment.
- Collaborate with vendors, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and track vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and related logistics expenses.
- Implement safety protocols and compliance with transportation regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in coordinating transportation or event logistics.
