Job Title: Artistic Experience Architect
In this role, you'll lead our creative team in crafting immersive and captivating experiences for our guests, leveraging your expertise in blending artistry with functionality. As the Artistic Experience Architect, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design strategies that elevate our brand and set new industry standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and deliver cutting-edge visual concepts
- Translate brand initiatives into impactful and cohesive design solutions
- Lead the development of creative campaigns and projects from conception to completion
- Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into our design processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
- Proven track record in a creative leadership role, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team towards excellence
