Position Overview:

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative learning programs that empower our team members to reach their full potential. Your role will focus on creating educational initiatives and training sessions that enhance our workforce skill set and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging training programs tailored to different job roles and levels within the organization.
Identify learning needs, design curriculum, and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Collaborate with department heads to align training objectives with organizational goals.
Evaluate learning outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in designing and facilitating training programs.
