Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely support
- Monitor and analyze franchise performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with franchise agreements and brand standards
- Participate in franchisee training sessions and provide guidance on operational best practices
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to optimize franchisee satisfaction and profitability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in franchise management, operations, or related areas
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
