About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist in Intellectual Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing and implementing initiatives to enhance intellectual property development and training within our organization. You will work closely with our team of patent attorneys and legal experts to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to promote intellectual property growth and innovation.
Collaborate with team members to provide training and support on intellectual property matters.
Conduct research and analysis to support patent attorneys in their work.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to intellectual property.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong background in intellectual property law and development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Fluency in German and English.
