We are looking for a passionate individual to join Namaqualand Rock Climbing Adventures in the Northern Cape of South Africa. This role is focused on incorporating sustainable practices into our software solutions to enhance our commitment to environmental responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability features into our software products
- Conduct research on eco-friendly technologies and implement them into our development processes
- Propose innovative solutions that reduce our environmental footprint
- Regularly assess and report on the environmental impact of our software projects
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to sustainability in software development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in software development and programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Demonstrated interest in sustainability and environmental issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
