Cultural Exchange Facilitator

Job Description:

As a Cultural Exchange Facilitator at WWF Netherlands, you will play a key role in organizing and coordinating cross-cultural educational programs and activities. You will work closely with schools, communities, and organizations to promote cultural exchange, understanding, and appreciation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cultural exchange initiatives
Facilitate workshops and training sessions on cultural diversity
Collaborate with schools and educators to promote multicultural learning
Organize events and activities that celebrate diversity
Engage with diverse communities to foster inclusive practices

Requirements:

Prior experience in cross-cultural education or related fields
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion
Fluency in English and Dutch
