At Narok County Women's SACCO, we are passionate about empowering women and fostering a sense of community. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community Liaison Officer.
As a Community Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our members and the local community. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to promote our services and initiatives, as well as identifying opportunities for community engagement and outreach.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in supporting women's economic empowerment. You should be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to creating a positive impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with existing and potential members
- Organize community events and workshops to raise awareness about our services
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to support our mission and goals
- Collect feedback from the community and communicate suggestions for improvement
- Contribute to the development of community-focused initiatives and projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in community engagement or outreach activities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Passion for women's empowerment and community development
