Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate outdoor events that promote community engagement and excitement.
- Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Create innovative event concepts and themes to enhance participant experience.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, permits, budgeting, and timelines.
- Oversee event promotion and marketing efforts to drive attendance and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful outdoor events.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually under pressure.
