Key Responsibilities:
- Champion diversity and inclusivity initiatives within the organization
- Develop and implement strategies to promote cultural awareness and understanding
- Collaborate with departments to ensure diverse hiring practices and employee programs
- Lead training sessions on unconscious bias and diversity awareness
- Provide guidance and support to employees on diversity-related matters
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in promoting diversity and inclusion in a professional setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Knowledge of best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion
