As a Cultural Unity Ambassador at Thús Wonen, you will be the bridge that connects our retail space with the rich tapestry of multicultural influences while ensuring that every customer feels at home in our stores. Your role will involve curating unique experiences, fostering inclusivity, and celebrating diversity through our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating a welcoming and inclusive retail environment that reflects our commitment to multiculturalism.
Engaging with customers from diverse backgrounds, understanding their needs, and providing personalized service.
Collaborating with the team to develop culturally diverse marketing strategies and campaigns.
Being a cultural advocate by promoting awareness and appreciation of different traditions within the workplace.

Requirements:

A passion for diversity, inclusion, and cultural exchange in a retail environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from various cultural backgrounds.
An innovative mindset with a keen eye for creating culturally immersive retail experiences.
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or community engagement roles is a plus.
Fluency in English and Dutch; additional language skills are highly valued.
