Diamond Resorts International is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Resort Development Specialist. As a Resort Development Specialist, you will play a key role in the growth and success of our renowned hospitality brand.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze potential new resort locations
- Negotiate contracts with property owners and developers
- Coordinate with legal and financial teams for due diligence and contract finalization
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline development processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in real estate development or related industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
