Job Title: Agricultural Innovation Specialist

Location: Karlshamn, Blekinge län, Sweden

About the Role:

Identify and implement innovative solutions for optimizing agricultural processes and practices
Research emerging trends and technologies in the agriculture sector to enhance productivity and sustainability
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives for driving agricultural innovation
Provide expertise in areas such as precision farming, organic farming, and sustainable agricultural practices
Conduct field trials and experiments to test new agricultural methods and technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
Proven experience in agricultural research, innovation, or technology implementation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
