In this role, you will have the opportunity to delve into the rich cultural tapestry of West Virginia and explore its impact on tourism and visitor experiences.
As a Cultural Insights Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth cultural research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the tourism industry.
- Cultivating relationships with diverse communities and stakeholders to gain valuable insights into their unique traditions and customs.
- Developing data-driven strategies to enhance cultural inclusivity in our marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate cultural perspectives into our overall tourism initiatives.
