As a Community Resilience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, security, and resilience of vulnerable populations in our society. You will work closely with community stakeholders to develop and implement programs that promote social cohesion, disaster preparedness, and emergency response, all while upholding our commitment to social responsibility and environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with local organizations and government agencies to assess community vulnerabilities and develop targeted resilience initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on emergency preparedness and risk mitigation for community members.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of resilience programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
