Design and deliver career development programs tailored to students' needs.
Offer personalized guidance and support to help individuals identify their strengths and career goals.
Organize workshops, seminars, and events to enhance students' job readiness skills.
Collaborate with industry partners to create internship and job placement opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands to provide relevant guidance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in career counseling or related areas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals.
