Position Overview:

As a Sustainability Program Coordinator at Baker Tilly, you will play a key role in driving our environmental initiatives and community engagement efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability programs that align with our values and goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sustainability initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability into operations
Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics and KPIs
Drive community outreach and engagement programs
Research and implement best practices in sustainability

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, or related field
Proven experience in sustainability or corporate social responsibility
Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
