We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Your Role:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various recruitment channels to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make informed hiring recommendations.
- Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse workforce.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in recruitment.
