As our Land Steward, you will have the extraordinary chance to tend to and nurture the vast terrains surrounding our operational areas with the utmost care and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and preserve the natural beauty of our rural surroundings through sustainable land management practices.
Monitor and assess the health of vegetation, wildlife, and water sources within our designated areas.
Implement strategies to enhance biodiversity and ecosystem resilience in accordance with our conservation objectives.
Collaborate with local stakeholders and indigenous communities to promote mutual understanding and respect for the land.
Contribute to research initiatives aimed at advancing agricultural sustainability and rural development.

Requirements:

A genuine passion for the Australian Outback and a deep respect for its ecological diversity.
Proven experience in land stewardship, environmental conservation, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, rural industries, and natural resource management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications in environmental science, agriculture, or a relevant discipline will be highly regarded.
