We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic individual to join our team as a Guest Relations Manager at Iberostar Group in the beautiful Balearic Islands, Spain. As a Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and fostering a welcoming atmosphere at our resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests throughout their stay.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with various departments to provide guests with personalized services and experiences.
  • Train and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and management to enhance communication and resolve any issues effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a guest relations or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
