Position: Business Development Manager - Network Expansion

In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing initiatives to grow our network of establishments across Thuringia and beyond. Your focus will be on fostering strong partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the success of our diverse portfolio of businesses.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our network of partner establishments.
Identify and engage potential partners, negotiating agreements that align with our company's goals.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to optimize growth opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of expansion initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of partner establishments, providing support as needed to drive success.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar role.
Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
