Role Overview

As a Wellness Product Development Coordinator, you will serve as a vital bridge between our research, design, and sustainability teams. Your role involves managing the development lifecycle of products designed to enhance the well-being of individuals, ensuring quality, effectiveness, and eco-conscious innovation.

Your Day-to-Day

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to oversee the development of wellness-oriented products from concept through production.
Facilitate regular brainstorming and progress meetings, fostering open communication and synergy.
Support product testing phases by gathering and analyzing feedback, making recommendations for adjustments aligned with our sustainability commitments.
Collaborate closely with supply chain partners to ensure environmentally responsible sourcing and packaging practices.
Document project milestones and share clear updates with internal teams to maintain transparency and engagement.
Champion best practices in wellness innovation, encouraging continual improvement and creative problem-solving among teammates.
