Role Overview

The Experience Curator will be pivotal in conceptualizing, developing, and managing a portfolio of personalized enjoyment programs for a diverse clientele encompassing individuals, families, and groups. This position intersects client services, lifestyle enrichment, and operational execution to promote memorable moments that rejuvenate and inspire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience Design: Develop customized plan frameworks blending local cultural, natural, and recreational opportunities aligned with client interests and life goals.
  • Collaboration & Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with regional venues, artisans, entertainers, and service providers to curate exclusive offerings and seamless access.
  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess preferences, coordinate schedules, and provide guidance tailored to maximize satisfaction and comfort.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage booking arrangements, transportation details, accommodation preferences, and special requirements ensuring smooth delivery of experiences.
  • Feedback & Enhancement: Collect and analyze participant feedback to refine future programs and recommend innovation aligned with emerging trends.
  • Marketing Insight: Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to help articulate unique value propositions and attract future participation.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and internal policies promoting wellbeing and risk management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Recreation, or related fields preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience designing and managing experiential programs within service-oriented industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with aptitude for client engagement and partnership development.
  • Demonstrated organizational talents, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities for managing complex itineraries.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools, CRM systems, and customer service platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for integrating cultural, community, and wellness elements into programming.
  • Ability to navigate challenging logistics with proactive problem-solving and adaptability.

  • Deep knowledge of Pennsylvania’s cultural, historical, and natural attractions.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including families, seniors, or wellness-focused groups.
  • Successful record of developing partnerships that enhance client experience offerings.
