Your Role as a Consumer Insights Specialist

In this pivotal position, you will serve as the bridge between our customers’ evolving preferences and our production teams. Your analytical and inquisitive nature will be invaluable as you uncover meaningful patterns and narratives from a rich variety of data sources, including consumer feedback, sales trends, and emerging market signals globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and synthesize consumer feedback and market signals from diverse international markets.
Work closely with our marketing, product development, and sales teams to identify consumer trends that can inspire new product ideas and marketing approaches.
Develop clear and actionable reports and presentations that craft compelling stories around complex data.
Monitor global beverage industry trends and competitor activities to support strategic business decisions.
Champion data-driven decision-making across teams while nurturing a culture of curiosity and continuous learning.
