Position Overview: Sustainable Land Stewardship Coordinator

Toshiba Tuscany is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Sustainable Land Stewardship Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in managing natural resources efficiently, developing innovative strategies to optimize land usage, and integrating environmentally responsible practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor initiatives aimed at enhancing soil health, crop vitality, and biodiversity within the operational areas.
• Leverage advanced technologies and data analytics to promote efficient land use and optimize natural resource management.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders, including community leaders, agronomists, and environmental scientists, to align objectives with regional sustainability goals.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and best practices to internal teams and external partners.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Land Management, Natural Resource Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in roles focusing on sustainable management of natural or cultivated landscapes.
• Strong understanding of ecological principles and the socio-economic aspects of land use.
• Proficiency in data collection, geospatial analysis tools, and project management software.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multicultural and interdisciplinary teams.
