About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage targeted digital campaigns to increase engagement and awareness across a variety of online platforms.

  • Analyze user interaction metrics and feedback to continuously optimize content and platform strategies.

  • Provide training and support to university personnel to enhance digital communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, Digital Media or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in digital communications, online community management, or related disciplines.
  • Proven expertise in managing integrated digital campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and user behavior to inform strategy.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities tailored for digital audiences.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, web analytics tools, and online engagement platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
