Position Overview: Human Performance Development Specialist

We are seeking a committed and innovative Human Performance Development Specialist to join our team. This role is central to designing and implementing comprehensive programs and solutions that promote endurance, strength, agility, and overall physical excellence. Candidates will contribute to multidisciplinary projects involving biomechanics, physiology, behavioral science, and cutting-edge technology to enhance user engagement and outcome efficacy.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and oversee performance enhancement programs tailored to a variety of client profiles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, product developers, and wellness experts to integrate scientific insights into practical applications.
Apply biomechanical and physiological principles to the creation of movement optimization strategies.
Conduct detailed assessments of client progress and adapt programs accordingly to maximize performance improvements.
