We are seeking a dynamic Talent Engagement Partner to join our Zeelandia Middelburg team. Qualifications & Skills Required

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent engagement, organizational development, or a related discipline.
Proven track record of implementing flexible work models within a medium to large-scale organization.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
Exceptional communication skills in English; Dutch proficiency is an advantage.
In-depth knowledge of Dutch labor legislation and workforce compliance requirements.

Excellent project management and analytical capabilities.
