Key Responsibilities

Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with librarians, educators, local artists, and technology specialists to align content with community interests and current trends.
Audience Insights Analysis: Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to understand audience behaviors and preferences, refining outreach strategies accordingly.
Brand Story Stewardship: Maintain a consistent voice and innovative approach that strengthens Normandy Association of Libraries’ identity as a beacon of creativity and cultural vitality.

Qualifications

Proven experience in creative content design, preferably with involvement in cultural, educational, or community-based storytelling projects.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, comfortable collaborating across various stakeholders and disciplines.
Familiarity with digital media tools and emerging technologies that enhance audience engagement.

Fluent English, with knowledge of French highly advantageous given our local context.
