Key Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the research and development of novel personal wellness solutions, incorporating both technological advances and user-focused design principles.
Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and analytics teams to identify market needs and translate them into impactful innovations.
Design and implement pilot programs to evaluate new concepts within real-world environments, collecting and analyzing data to refine approaches.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and scientific developments relevant to personalized wellness, integrating insights to maintain our competitive edge.
Advocate for user-centric methodologies to ensure the end products resonate deeply with our diverse clientele.
Prepare detailed documentation and reports to communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Human Factors, or related fields; advanced degrees are advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in roles involving product innovation, research, or development connected to personal care and wellness fields.
Proven ability to integrate multidisciplinary knowledge to create practical, user-friendly solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities, comfortable working within dynamic teams.
A proactive attitude and resilience to overcome technical and organizational challenges.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
