Your Role as a Talent Development Partner

As a Talent Development Partner, you will be a key contributor to building a high-performing, agile organization by focusing on talent attraction, progression, and retention strategies. Your main mission will be to implement and customize developmental initiatives aligned with the company’s vision and operational needs, ensuring that every individual’s career path is nurtured and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership and operational managers to identify current and future talent needs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and employee capabilities.
Employee Development & Succession: Design and facilitate tailored development programs, mentorship frameworks, and career pathing to empower employees’ growth and foster internal mobility.
Onboarding Excellence: Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding experiences that enable new hires to integrate effectively and accelerate productivity.
Performance Enhancement: Support managers and teams in conducting effective performance reviews, goal setting, and constructive feedback dialogues that encourage continuous improvement.
Learning & Engagement Initiatives: Champion innovative learning solutions and employee engagement activities, promoting a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage HR analytics to monitor workforce trends, identify developmental opportunities, and report on the impact of talent initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related disciplines such as Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.
Proven experience in talent development, organizational effectiveness, or a similar role within a corporate setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and inspire professional growth.
Experience with learning management systems, HR analytics tools, and digital collaboration platforms.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or Dutch is highly advantageous given the location.
Analytical mindset combined with creativity and problem-solving skills.
