Position Overview

The Vital Wellness Innovation Specialist is dedicated to driving the development and optimization of specialized products and tools designed to enhance personal well-being and resilience. This role requires a blend of scientific insight, technical expertise, and user-centered design principles to create solutions that cater to a diverse population with varying needs.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Development: Conduct comprehensive research on emerging trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative features into wellness-related solutions.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the process from concept through prototyping, testing, and refinement to final production, ensuring high quality and compliance with rigorous standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to integrate solutions that are both effective and user-friendly.
Regulatory & Ethical Compliance: Ensure all developments adhere to applicable regulatory frameworks and uphold ethical integrity in all facets of product application and impact.

Qualifications & Skills
