About the Role

Key Responsibilities

System Engineering Development: Lead multidisciplinary efforts encompassing mechanical integration, embedded control software, and sensor fusion to deliver next-generation equipment subsystems.
Control Algorithm Design: Develop precise control logic to manage equipment actuation, process monitoring, and adaptive response to field conditions.
Prototyping and Testing: Collaborate closely with validation teams to create test plans, conduct rigorous bench and field trials, analyze data, and iterate designs for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with manufacturing, quality assurance, and customer support to ensure seamless transition from concept to scalable production while meeting stringent performance standards.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
Extensive experience with agricultural machinery systems, precision equipment design, or related field technology engineering.
Proficiency in embedded systems development, control theory, and software tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of sensor technologies including GPS, LiDAR, optical sensors, and environmental monitoring devices relevant to field operations.
Demonstrated ability to work under rigorous project timelines, delivering high-quality solutions that align with mission-critical operational requirements.
