About the Role: Supply Chain Coordination Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end movement of resources and assets critical to CaixaBank’s branches and operational centers across Galicia.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments including procurement, operations, and vendor management to establish streamlined workflows.
- Analyze and forecast supply needs to optimize availability and minimize operational interruptions.
- Implement and maintain robust tracking systems that monitor the timely distribution and receipt of goods and materials.
- Develop contingency plans and adapt quickly to changes in supply conditions or regulatory environments.
- Build and nurture relationships with external partners and service providers to enhance both efficiency and innovation in resource handling.
- Champion sustainability initiatives by promoting eco-conscious practices in the management and transportation of assets.

- Demonstrated ability to work under regulatory and compliance frameworks pertinent to resource handling.
- Fluency in Spanish is required; knowledge of Galician or English is highly advantageous.
