About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Systems Integration Engineer - Sustainable Innovation to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to advancing our high-performance systems that power critical operations in precision engineering and control systems, which play a fundamental role in transport and safety frameworks.

The ideal candidate will bring a profound understanding of complex mechanical and electronic subsystems integration, combined with a passion for environmental stewardship and ethical innovation. You will work collaboratively across cross-disciplinary teams to design and optimise systems with sustainable materials and processes, aligning with global best practices and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, testing, and enhancement of integrated mechanical-electronic assemblies used in precision ground and airborne equipment that contribute to safe and efficient operations.
• Apply sustainable engineering principles to minimise waste, reduce energy consumption, and incorporate eco-friendly materials in all stages of product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct rigorous system reliability analyses and lifecycle assessments aimed at extending product durability and reducing environmental impact.
• Develop innovative solutions that improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprint without compromising operational excellence.
• Document and report technical performance and environmental metrics to support transparency and continuous improvement.
• Champion a culture of safety, ethical responsibility, and inclusivity within the workplace and the supply chain.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in complex systems integration, preferably within transport-related sectors involving ground and aerial high-performance equipment.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable design methodologies and environmental impact assessment tools.
• Familiarity with international standards and certification processes applicable to high-reliability systems.
• Exceptional analytical skills combined with the ability to innovate under operational constraints.
• Demonstrated commitment to social responsibility and environmental sustainability.
