Position: Risk Coordination Specialist

This position involves comprehensive oversight of security protocols, asset protection, and emergency response planning within our facilities. The Risk Coordination Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess vulnerabilities, enforce compliance with safety procedures, and implement strategically sound measures to safeguard people and property.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance security and safety policies tailored to facility requirements.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats.
Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to enforce safety and risk mitigation strategies.
Lead training sessions and drills to ensure that all employees are prepared for emergency situations, including evacuation, incident reporting, and crisis management.
Monitor surveillance systems, incident logs, and audit compliance to maintain a high level of security readiness.
Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management on risk management initiatives, incidents, and improvements.
Support ongoing investigations and follow-up actions related to incidents or discrepancies within the facility.
Stay informed of emerging threats and regulatory changes relevant to risk control and assist in implementing necessary adjustments.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience in risk management, operations security, or related fields within industrial or commercial environments.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising effectively across departments and external partners.
Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to incidents requiring swift action.
Demonstrated ability to conduct training and educate staff on best safety practices.
Adaptability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Relevant certifications in safety management, risk analysis, or emergency response are a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, in response to emergent situations.
